You pay at the end of your purchase, on OndjangoBay. The available methods are shown at checkout: Multicaixa Express (in the Multicaixa Express app, by mobile or QR code), payment by reference (an entity and reference to pay at an ATM, in the Multicaixa Express app or by internet banking) and PayPal. A seller should never ask you to pay by transfer into their account.

Products shipped from the United States: standard delivery in 20 to 30 days, or express in 5 to 10 business days, from payment confirmation. The expected date is on the order page, under My orders.
In My account › My orders. Open the order to see its status, the payment and the expected delivery date. You can also ask the seller here, in Messages.
Once you have received the order, open it under My orders and request a return, giving the reason (for example, wrong or damaged product). While the seller has not yet confirmed the order, you can ask to cancel it on the same page. The refund is processed when the cancellation or the return is approved.
